They’d gotten stuck with a bunch of loud Amerisians who had tried to pet the local wildlife. Said wildlife had reacted badly to the idea and given chase. They had found a Galactor base while being chased by a llama, and destroyed it shortly thereafter.
UN teams had come to the area and extracted the team, the tourists, and surviving Galactors.
And a female llama that had apparently swallowed a flash drive.
He stepped into the elevator, ignoring the smirks of the technicians in the corridor. “As soon as you crap that drive,” he told the llama, “you’re going back.”
She batted her eyes at him.
